Sir,
I had ordered CAMPUS SUTRA Full Sleeve Solid Women Jacket of Small size, brown color for women bearing ORDER ID-OD1230354083886620 on 6th Oct, 2021 amounting to Rs. 1484/- via axis credit card from my registered mobile number 8010148850.

On 10th October, totally wrong item was delivered from flipkart. The product was totally different from what i had ordered. It was black jacket for men XL size. Immediately on same day i made a replacement request to flipkart. The return got approved on 14th october, 2021 and pickup and replacement was made on 17th Oct, 2021.

On 17th Oct, 2021, again totally wrong product was delivered to me bearing order id OD123035408388662000. This product was also totally different from what i had ordered on flipkart. Again when i checked the option for replacement on flipkart app, only refund amount of Rs. 881/- is shown which is straight away deducting Rs. 603/- from my original buying amount. The message says “on return of this item, your order value will not qualify for this offer, 10% off on Axis Bank Credit cards will be removed”.

This is a blunder from flipkart for the second time and not a mistake on my part and hence i request you to kindly provide either replacement for the said product or refund me the full amount of Rs. 1484 to my original payment mode. I shall not bear any loss at my end as this is a blunder mistake from flipkart and i am not returning the product on my own.

I had also made written complaint via email bearing INCIDENT NO. & date as follows:

Pls take the matter seriously and either provide replacement for the product or give me original refund amount i.e. Rs. 1474/- in my original payment mode.
