Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to make you aware of the fact and to register a complaint against AIRTEL, India for stealing “Internet data”. I am Kurmendra and I am an user of Airtel with mobile number 8415912663 in Arunachal Pradesh (North East Circle). I am using plan of 399/- Rs. Under which I should get 1.5 GB data per day at 4G Speed and unlimited calling facility for 56 days.
From the last few days (23-03-2020 to till today), I am observing that AIRTEL is consuming 100% data (1.5 GB) in just watching a low quality video for 30 minutes or less and AIRTEL is also consuming my data even if I am enabling data and even if neither Surfing nor downloading anything from the network. You can think that 1.5 GB data if more than enough for surfing for one day along with even watching some videos.
This kind of situation has also been raised previously and after complaining they have returned the data for use.
Let me also inform you that I also use Jio Telecom services for mobile where even after watching a movie for hours my data of 1.5 GB does not get consumed.
Therefore, I am now requesting you to register a complaint against Airtel, India for theft of data from given data since in reality 1.5 GB data is not being provided by AIRTEL and they are stealing data.
I also want you to request to please try to stop these kind of “Theft” activity which is being done by AIRTEL.
