Hi My name is Ritesh Jawade And I’m from Washim Maharashtra. I’m 28 years old and I’m a physically challenged person suffering from cerebral palsy. I have hardly any control of my body
I want to file a complaint against Flipkart. I ordered a Realme TV from Flipkart two months ago on 8 May 2022 and Flipkart delivered to me 2020 older manufacture model. That time I didn’t realize it was an older manufacture model i was realize it after 2 days of delivered. and, two months later, on 22/07/2022, the TV completely died. I complained about it to Flipkart customer care via chat and call but they did not agree with their mistake but they did agree with the replacement after i file complent in NCH but they will be sending me the same manufacturing date model 2022. but i just want a 2022 model or refund my amount ₹38499
But I don’t want the same manufacturing date of TV I didn’t buy, i just want new manufacturing date 2022 model.
I want the product I bought, not the broken mistake that was sent to me.
They told that new product will received on 12-Aug -2022 but now they always changing the date to 18-Aug-2022.
Please Send Me The 2022 Manufacture Date
