Dear sir,
I purchased TATA SKY new connection through unisyn enterprises by paying 2164/- on dated 19-02-2020 from sales executive from Hyderabad. I have paid amount through the Paytm. Subscriber ID –1365715307 .
they give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the HD set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather.
I got some bad reviews from my friends and immediately i told to tata sky to cancel my request and refund total money. Till now I have raised multiple requests but still not got any refund yet they keep on saying wait for 48hrs to get resolution.
So I am requesting you to please take necessary action against this and do need full.
Note: Below are some tickets raised to tatasky till now through mail( Also I have called tata sky customer care multiple times but don’t have tickets)
