I placed an order for 4 kurtas on https://fashionfeestas6.myshopify.com, but unfortunately, I did not receive a bill for my purchase. Furthermore, I am unable to track the order and the website now displays the message ‘store unavailable’. I would like to request a refund for my purchase. Could you please advise me on the appropriate steps to take to receive a refund?
