Dear Jio Customer Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Salauddin, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I have received from your company regarding the installation of a new fiber connection.
On [Date of Payment], I made an advance payment of ₹1000 for the installation of a new fiber connection at my residence. The payment details are as follows:

Despite the payment being made promptly, the installation process has been significantly delayed.
