Requesting refund of my payment
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
I purchased a [MI TV 43 inches], and paid a total amount of [32,999/-].
It seems that I have mentioned wrong delivery address and so within couple of minutes I have cancelled the order.
I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to get a refund.
I attached the screenshot of my order which was cancelled.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
