Text of Complaint by Asif Khan:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to express my concern regarding the termination of my Zomato account. After delivering my last order today, I received the unfortunate news that my account had been terminated. What has caused me the most distress is the fact that I was not given any prior information or warning about this decision. I have been working with Zomato for over three years now and have always given my best to the company. However, it seems that my dedication and loyalty have not been enough to save my account.

As a Diamond Partner with Zomato, I have always upheld the company’s values and standards. I have never been involved in any fraudulent activities or cancellations. In fact, I take pride in delivering orders with utmost care and accuracy. Zomato is not just a means of income for me but also a platform I have used to support my family. I am the sole breadwinner in my family and have been able to support them through the earnings that I have made with Zomato.

Being terminated from Zomato has put me in a very difficult position. I have no other source of income, and my family’s financial situation is now in jeopardy. I understand that Zomato has policies in place that need to be followed, but I am unaware of what led to the termination of my account. I have not received any communication from the company, which has left me confused and helpless.

I have always considered myself to be an integral part of the Zomato team, and I have always been proud of my association with the company. I hope my account can be reactivated soon, and that I can continue working with Zomato. I assure you that I will continue to uphold the company’s values and work diligently towards delivering orders to the best of my abilities.

In conclusion, I request you to kindly look into this matter and reactivate my account as soon as possible. I am hopeful that my loyalty and dedication to Zomato will not go unnoticed, and that I will be able to continue supporting my family through this platform.
