Subject – Request for flight ticket amount Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had booked British airways ticket from your via.com website with the Booking id: FMNAF3E81ODBL & Airline PNR no: M7HY6U & GDS PNR NO: GXPT3U & Flight no: BA0276 for myself booked on date of 21 Nov 2020 and the traveling date is on 24 Dec 2020 from Hyderabad (IND) to London (LHR (UK) ) for my masters education in UK. but unfortunately the flight were cancelled by British Airways due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus / Strainvirus ) is spreading very rapidly in UK so the UK Embassy was ban all international flights. and the British Airlines cancelled all international flights to the UK as per their UK Embassy guidelines and my ticket was cancelled by British Airlines on 22 Dec 2020.

Regarding the above consent i have called to your via.com helpline numbers for several times and they are not attending the calls from 2-3hrs i am get counting in the call as well as not getting any  correct response from them after call answered up to 2-3hrs on call and not giving any correct details about my refund amount status and duration to credit in my account.

please refund the amount as soon as possible
