Dear Officer,
My connection couldn’t be established and no installation could be done despite several attempts made over last 1 week. Please initiate refund and credit the entire advance rental amount paid Rs. 6541/- at the earliest.
I am not sure how your team could be working on priority if a simple decision to install a broadband connection couldn’t be made in 7 days. What exactly is being waited for before refunding the amount ? Very poor and unprofessional customer care support.
– Connection requested on 26th July
– Airtel team visited the premise and couldn’t connect on 27th July
– Airtel team again visited the premise and confirmed that the connection couldn’t be established on 28th July
– Complain filed to the nodal officer requesting refund and contacted the Airtel contact person
– Since 29th July Airtel contact person went incommunicado
– Few calls received from Airtel over last 1 week with some random words like “can I collect document”, “payment made”, etc. and confirmed connection couldn’t be established
– Yet, every person in this case thread since 30th July says created the ticket and your issues are looked with priority and will be solved within 24-48 hours without knowing what the issue is.
Since, Airtel couldn’t provide connection I have already taken new broadband connection from ACT Fibernet. Please don’t unnecessarily prolong the refund by saying ticket is raised with priority and will be resolved in 48 hours.
Connection can’t be established. PLEASE REFUND Rs.6541/- IMMEDIATELY.
