I recently got a job offer via email regarding a Captcha filling job.
The sender made me sign a digital agreement without my permission and soon after discontinued all there communicating numbers.
I did their work few days carefully but it always showed mistakes in the work . Then I stopped working and tried to contact them but no one contacted me. And after 20-25 days,Adv. Ganesh Mane contacted me and said that you have not completed the work of Reqroots Technology company and now we will take legal action against you, otherwise you will have to pay our penalty.
Adv. MINHAZ send me a fake notice for pay a penalty.
And today they send me a message that “This is last Intimation to you for outstanding dues towards <Reqroots Technology > Of Rs.10200/- if you fail to Clear your dues before <03-12-2020> we will report to CIBIL, which will affect your Credit Score. “

I just found that they have similar kind of complaints from many others.

They have my Email id, Contact number and Aadhaar Details.
I am concerned about the things they could do with my details.
I have looked up on the consumercomplaintscourt.com for similar cases and found out that they call and threaten people for money with that agreement.
This is a similar agrrement that i received, the only thing being is the name of the comapany is different.
Sir Please look into the matter and please help me out on this one.
