Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a fraudulent transaction that occurred on my Flipkart account on April 20, 2024, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
During this period, I discovered several unauthorized items marked as “delivered” in my cart, indicating that an order was completed without my consent. The transaction was processed using the Flipkart Pay Later Wallet, which I did not initiate or authorize.
I want to highlight that I did not receive any email or mobile notifications related to this order being placed or delivered. Furthermore, an amount of ₹11,535/- has been deducted from my account due to this unauthorized transaction.
I have complained to Flipkart customer care about this they said they will call back but there is no response yet. It’s very bad with Flipkart customer service. I am deeply concerned about this incident and request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Please investigate this fraudulent activity, reverse the unauthorized transaction, and ensure the security of my Flipkart account.
