I had made an online purchase on 19 dec 2021 at myshopify.com for a mini portable washing machine .As per online purchase there was no option of COD so did an online payment of Rs. 298. The payment confirmation is attached for your reference.As per the message the delivery was supposed to be notified by the supplier ( Myshopify.com) but there has been no message since then .We have tried to go the link of order tracking but it is showing as no store available. As per the message the payment has been done to Arvindbhai Lungariya from my HDFC account.We request for reimbursement for our money and also the mental trauma we faced. So a compensation of minimum 10000 for wasting a huge amount of our time
