I have placed an order by Facebook Ad given by Cotton combo shirt (Pack of 4) of Rs. 499/- in COD mode. And placing the order confirmed my order with order number 3076158
when I received my order through (AWB No. PAXC9000578933) and paid Rs. 499/- in cash. after unpacked,0found that only 3 number old and used shirt packed in side that shipment. Also colour and quality not matched as per Advertisement commitment.
Also mentioning that combo shirt having return policy within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
So I have mail on same day i .e . 09.09.2023 to the mentioned email id of this shirt for take return that product. But till date they have not returned that dispute products.
