I Mrs Yogita Chandrasekhar Tarale have ordered a new phone Krypton k5 through shopping site ezeephone.com on 8th June 2020. But I didn’t get any confirmation email or message from them regarding my order. I filed a complaint against the site on 9th June 2020 on covid19.mhpolice.com and attached the payment bill of Rs 4500/-.
On 14th June 2020 I received a parcel through shadowfax courier service. I received mobile phone but the said mobile was of duplicate company named “applefree” instead of krypton k5. It doesn’t have any guarantee and warranty papers with it.
I’m attaching the photos of mobile phone with this email. Kindly check it and inform us as soon as possible.
