I have made this purchase on 19th december 2022 . Flipkart delivered me the product on 22nd dec . I had an issue with the size so i made a replacement request . They picked up the product on 7th jan 2023 . Delivery was expected on 8th jan, but on 9th jan they cancelled this replacement . I also didn’t get any confirmation message about the pickup from flipkart. I contacted their customer support for these issues. For the confirmation message they said there is some issue on the platform , due to that it is not updated. And for the cancellation issue they told me to wait for 3 days . After three days they didn’t give me any resolution and marked the issue resolved on themselves . I again raised an issue, they were saying we are not getting any confirmation from logistics team . I contacted them again and again for the same issue and they told me the same thing . Now it is around one month of this issue and i am not getting any resolution . They picked up the product and they neither delivered the product nor they refunded the money . So at this moment i neither have the product nor the money .I want the refund for this product.
And now they blocked my saying that there is too much cancellation requests.
