had purchased smart watch on 1 july through flipkart and the issue with the watch was it’s button was not working so i applied for warranty support in Fire bolt for replacement and the product was picked through blue dart on 8 july, after 1 day i got message that the product has reached in fire bolt and they have started the processes, but till now i havent received the product nor they are replying
