Around 2 years ago, I purchased the multimedia speaker from Flipkart and after delivery a return request (not requested by me) raised. Oh the behalf of closing/cancel the request the executive asked for OTP to cancel ( in message the reason was not mentioned from Flipkart what is the purpose for OTP) then I think may be it is security feature from Flipkart to prevent suspicious activity. But, by using that OTP the accused changed the mobile no. Of my Flipkart account. I called many times to the Flipkart care to change my mobile no. ,they asked me to mail, mailed them but my mobile no. not changed to my account. Around 9-10 pm, an order was made from my Flipkart account worth Rs. 70000 using Flipkart Pay Later (information received on my email) . I contacted customer care to stop the order but they said the order is on hold as the amount was very high and they are raising the complaint regarding it. But after so much effort I was not able to access my account and then around 11 pm order got delivered. Around 7 days I contacted the customer care regarding the incident but no help was provided from their side. After 7 days, they said me to lodge a complain on cyber crime theni lodged a complaint on cyber crime portal. Till now, neither they provided any solution nor find accused. From that time (around 2 years) I am facing problem and collection team is calling and the most effective loss is low cibil score.
