Text of Complaint by Saravana Kumar Sundarraj:

My mobile phone was stolen from me on 30th of April 2019. I checked with 3 Vodafone stores for a replacement SIM card and they did not have any, when asked about how long to wait, they said it might take upto 15th May 2019 and were still not sure about how long exactly it will take :O I was really very worried as that was my primary number and I did not have any other way to get away with OTP (Authentications etc.). I can wait for a day or two but how can anyone wait for 15 days and still not be sure to get a replacement SIM? This is very bad.

My SIMs origin is Mumbai circle and I was checking in Bangalore ( that should not be a problem, a person can lose his phone anywhere, Bangalore is still India). The customer care executives are too rude and are really careless about it, they are telling we’re helpless and the circle team is not responding to us. You are not the first customer they’re telling ( if a customer care person Vodafone is not able to help in this case, who in the world will I approach for an issue )

 

Firstly Vodafone network is bad, the customer service is pathetic. They are only good at advertisement 🙁
