1.) ordered ASUS RYZEN 5 laptop on 8 june 2020
Order ID-OD1188469401251xxxxx
2.) delivered on 17 june. but got defected product (touchpad not working)
3.) replacement requested 18 jun . it was shown that as expected technician visit on 25 june 2020.but it was not happened,even they were not tried to contact me
4.) after so many calls to flipkart on 3 jul 2020 req approved by seller & order placed.
but still (today 12 july 2020) packing and shipment is pending.
5.) requested for callback from escalation team ,from the last week onwards iam not getting any callsfrom team.
6.) mailed the issue towards cs-head,grievance and all other mails available on internet including ceo and chairman, but no response. only one reply got from grievance but they told me to wait for 24 hrs therafter no response
please solve the issue immediately
