Text of Complaint by TARUN VERMA:

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered the Mixer Grinder through Flipkart dated 11th Feb’2023 and same has been delivered to 15th Feb’23. After that I have checked the item and seen it has only one blade in the JAR as well as it is taking time lot for processing the things. Meanwhile next day I have raise the request to return the product between two times but company has rejected the same. His technician come and check the Mixer Grinder give the feedback to company to Grinder is OK.

During the period, I have talked to many times to customer care (Flipkart) number he is told me, You will get the refund or replacement this product. But it is still pending from there end.
Please help me regarding this matter.
