I ordered Honor band 5 on 6th may 2021 which i received on 11th may 2021..when i opened the package i found that it’s seal was broken and they sent me a used one..i requested for replacement as per company policy but they rejected my replacement 2 times…2nd tech visit was on 16th may which was been cancelled without any concern on 15th may by technician a day before the visit..when i try calling him he dont even picked his phone..customer care is not giving proper solution to this issue saying this is from sellers end and tecnician..got fed up from flipkart..a message to customers .. avoid buying stuffs from flipkart during COVID..stay safe.
