Text of Complaint by Partha Pratim Roy:

I purchased my product on 03-06-2023 and got delivery by 7 days later and after that I faced some problem with my watch and I return it back on 12-06-2023. From that time, I have not got my product. Customer support says replacement is not in stock, to get the same product you have to wait till what time they can’t commit and they want to provide me a coupon of same amount of purchased value so that I can buy the same product from the Firebolt website again, as the same product is available in the website.

Now my question is that

If the same product is available on the website, why am I not getting it?
If I take the coupon, then I have to pay more to buy the same product, why?
