I have one mivi collar flash which get stop working after sometime for which i have claimed warranty as it is under 1 year . They took the product and assured me to update me within 14 working days . After that i call customer care and they said they want some more time . After a week when i called , message them they didn’t start responding which clearly indicates a fraud
