I have ordered a water purifier from Flipkart on 2 January 2023. It has been delivered to me on 5 January 2023. After some days the uf membrane start showing defects. So I decided to replace the item. I put a replacement request for the same on 10 January 2023 and my defective product was also picked up by the e-kart logistics team on 14 January 2023 but after that day I didn’t get any update while the product was received by Flipkart or not but I was given a timeline for the arrival of new product by 20 Jan 2023 but i didn’t receive anything. After that till now I am only contacting the Flipkart support team and they are just giving timelines that sir be assured your concern will be solved asap. It’s been a month today 14th February 2023 since they picked up my product but nothing i have received till now . Not the Replacement nor the Refund.
