Respected sir/madam,
My name is Mohd Imran.I have received my order of asus tuf gaming f15 corei5 10th generation laptop bearing order ID OD226132874740879000 from flipkart on the 9th of october 2022.When I unboxed it, I saw that the screen/dispay of the device was damaged. Then immediately I sent them request for return the laptop. Till now the flipkart has rejected my two requests of return, by giving the excuses that your request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed the delivery of the product to you with the product being intact.This is completely false statement.The display was pre damaged.
Now I request to your greatself, kindly look into my matter and solve my issue as soon as possible. because i am feelng very frustrated,disappointed and depressed.
I am a final year engineering student and my project is going on.I am in dire need of the laptop for that purpose.
