I ordered white shoes yesterday of 10 size but i received grey colour with 7 no. Size. There is no option for replacement on amazon app. When i called to customer care to replace it they told you will get msg with link where you need to upload pic which i already shared again I called to customer care then they told wait till 8 feb investigation is going on.
I don’t know why they are making excuses when i just want replacement of the product.
