Text of Complaint by Shilpa:

I had purchased Firebolt Ring black worth rs.9999/-.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t not charging as well as turning on. Hence, via email got in touch with Firebolt customer service and placed replacement order.

Sadly, as replacement product Firebolt has sent the Firebolt Ninja, the value of this product is less than the initial product I purchased.

Now Firebolt customer service is not answering my calls as well as not replying to my emails. It’s been over a month.

I request the concern team to look into this matter.
