I ordered Zebronics ZEB sound feast 500
Bluetooth speaker on flipkart on 28th April and it got delivered next day on 29th april , when i played it worked well but when i was going ti plug it in tye charging i saw it’s charging port was damaged internally and it was not charging, so i raised a complaint on the same day 29th april but they scheduled an approval call on next day for returning the product, next day when customer executive called me at 6 pm he made me wait on call for 30 minutes and was laughing in the backgroung when i complained him about it he said sorry we could not resolve your problem and rescheduled my approval call ob 3rd april, but the problem was product had only 7 days replacement and they kept doing this until i lost my replacement time after which they told me that replacement period is over and tgey cannot help…this was pure harassment of mine i had to wait for 30 minutes for more than 3 calls and didn’t receive any help but embarrassment….i want replacement of defective product.
