Text of Complaint by Shubh Gupta:

I want a replacement of my product so i will call on amazon customer care so she arranges a pickup today. I am waiting whole day but the delivery agent did not call me, so in the evening about 6 o, clock i call the delivery agent so he says to me, i will come in 1 hour. But at that time he will not come so i open the amazon app app and there i can see the msg of delivery agent he mentioned that the replacement product is not matched with actual product but the reality is that he is not come my home to check the product. So i call the customer care after listening my all problem the customer care agent says me, sir i will arrange a pickup of your product on 18th may. And your return is refunded in your account. But i didn’t not want to get refund i want a replacement of my product because i bought my product with the price of 4619 in sale of amazon. And if i ordered again this product so i want to pay 5499 . But why can i pay the extra amount because in this case amazon and their is fully responsible . So i want a order with same old price. Please help me.
