My name is Saurav Sharma.I have ordered One Fire Bolt ninja pro max smartwatch( for my girlfriend) on 27.02.2022 through Flipkart. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it started heating, and the battery backup is not good also the ON button doesn’t works properly.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 3rd of may. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced after checking the defective product, and the product was picked from me on 21st April through Delhivery arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take around 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 1 month, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now and they are not picking the call. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
