I am writing to request replacement of the Car cover that I purchased from Flipkart Unfortunately, the product arrived is bike cover instead of car cover has not been working out for me.
Please find Attached photos of the bike cover along with the invoice copy and unfortunately I couldn’t request for replacement as per the company policy within the given period of time due to some unforeseen situation in my family.
I have already attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service department, but have not yet received a satisfactory resolution. I would like to request that the product to be replaced as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution and appreciate your prompt response.
