Vodafone they have said they will replace my phone as it is still under guarantee and I have had problems with it. That was 5 weeks ago every week I chase and they say it will be will you in 3 days. I am fed up with complaining over and over again I don’t get any response. I sent it them repair and they did nothing then agreed to replace it every time I phone they say it’s dpd they have got problems with them that’s no good to me. I’m paying monthly for a phone that dosent work. I have an order number and all messages from them. I have spent hours in the phone to them trying to sort this out and it’s a waste of my time.
