Sir,
With due regards It is brought to Your kind notice that I, Rakesh Kumar Barun have got installed your broadband line for internet on my house No.18/188, Indira Nagar Lucknow (U.P.) and got Account 11631685 activated for DSL/Fixed Line Number 05224002806_mp and gave my mobile No. 9450365814 and email ID- ravendra_frnd@yahoo.co.in for entry in record.
Accordingly we have paid bill upto date, but due to this corona outbreak when I logged the same and paid bills, the receipt of bills are send to email as given above. This email is of my younger brother who is out of country therefore I need replacement of above email address by email – n.prasadlko@ gmail.com.
It is therefore requested that the email ID- ravendra_frnd@yahoo.co.in be replaced by email – n.prasadlko@ gmail.com and I be intimated for the same through my email , so that I may get deposit my bill regularly.
