My Amazon Order NO: 171-4752099-5837118 – CrossBeats Armour 1.43″ Super AMOLED , used product was delivered.on the same day I have reported the issue to customer care and got promised that product will return back within 5 days . The product as well as the package was not in good shape . Waiting for 4 days and contact again to customer care and finally got reply that the replacement was denied.even after several mails to Amazon, tha same not addressed
