My name is Amit Jain. I have ordered One Fire Boltt 360 SPO2 on 03.07.2021 through Amazon and the product was delivered on 05.07.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition. But after few months later it stopped working. I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site (Ticket No.83442). I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 01 April’2022. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced after checking the defective product, and the product was picked from my me on 07th April through Delivery courier company arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10 to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 60 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they didn’t respond to my calls and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
