Dear Flipkart team
I have order the portronics POR -549 Roar 24 W on date 7 march 2023 the order was shipment by your ekart logistics with shipment number – FMPC2588789968 on date 8 march 2023 in nearest hub . The order was delivered by your executive on date 11 march 2023 . On the same day 11 march 2023 when I received the order create video , I saw the product was scrathy and dusty and look like a repairable product is delivered by your vendor merchant name – Tech connect retail pvt ltd. On the same thing I was posting image of this product in flipkart need help options and also i have a video for the same. I received message of return pick up but no one came and call me for return pick up the product . Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible also attached the product image for your reference. I also complain the same thing in consumer help lines about Flipkart’s
