Dear sir,
On the dated of 1of December 2020 I raised the replacement request of my one plus earpods which I have received on the 30th of November 2020. And estimate delivery date was 3rd of December 2020 but still we don’t have receive any call from Amazon side . I am job person and and my office timing is 8 AM to 9 PM manday to Saturday. I continue call to customer care for change the product but they don’t have give us any positive response this is the unprofessional and poor service being a big brand of world wide.
