I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of a Candes Fan from your website. I had ordered a brand new fan but received a different color fan which was old and damaged. I immediately requested for a replacement within the policy and clearly stated the reason for replacement as “Different color fan and old and damaged product”.
However, to my surprise, the customer care executive noted in the report that the product was dead for replacement, which is not at all the reason I provided. Despite this mistake, I received a replacement delivery. However, the delivery executive refused to replace the product, stating that they only received the reason for replacement as a dead product and not a different color product.
I contacted your customer care team again and they assured me of resolving the issue. But, to my dismay, no action has been taken yet, and I am seriously frustrated with the whole process. This delay in resolving the issue has caused me a lot of inconvenience and disappointment.
I demand immediate action to be taken to resolve this issue. I hope you understand my situation and take the necessary steps to rectify the problem at the earliest.
