This is regarding a replacement request I have raised on 26th of July.

Replacement ID: 12302556661937692384

Since then, I am constantly under the hood on what is happening, for this to resolve. On calling over the customer care(which is utterly useless) thrice in last week,I got the same answer that someone will call and it is going to be resolved by 7th August. Despite following all the steps, sharing the pics and identity, No one from the pickup team has called me ever.

Today by 2nd of Aug I received the message stating that my replacement request is been rejected stating: “We’d like to let you know that your request for a return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.”

What does that suppose to mean ?
Why is this request rejected in the first place ?
Why no one is connecting to the customer to resolve the issue ?

I immediately raised another request for replacement as of now.

Here are my few questions, for which I am expecting an immediate response/resolve:
– How is this going to resolve?
– When is this going to resolve? is Flipkart liable for not being responsible?
– Since the date to raise a return request was 2 august, if this request is rejected again, what is the next step for me as a customer?
– Since I do not have time and energy for follow-ups and talking to bots, How can I raise a refund request instead of a replacement? I haven’t got any options on my order page.
