I bought POCO M6 5G on 13th July 2024. I initiated replacement for POCO M6 5G on 19 July. But the replacement page redirected to technical service inspection after getting confirmation from the technical service that it’s an genuine issue and my phone would be replaced by Amazon, and the technician asked me to call Amazon customer service to help guide me further to replace my phone. Upon calling customer service I was redirected to POCO customer service saying that it’s a service centre replacement policy.
If I would had prior knowledge that it is a service centre replacement policy then I wud have gone there directly which would have saved me time.
After visiting service centre I was denied replacement as date on invoice and the day I received the phone was different and my phone no longer eligible for replacement, due to amazon’s negligence my time and money both wasted
