Text of Complaint by Bibon Singh:

This is regarding product Dejan tredy school bag (Order ID – OD226434621080146000)which i bought from flifkart on 3rd November. And the delivery boy has delivered the product on 10th November. When i received the product it was damaged . I immediately requested for replacement and after a week customer support call me up and requested me to resubmit the request for replacement again . I told him ,i will not resubmit the request. you take whatever days you want, but i need the product . I will wait till the time i get product. but on 5th Decemeber my replacement order has canceled. I am very dissatisfied from such a renowed company is doing such type of behavior. I need complete report or replacement of the product immediately.
