I ordered Apple MacBook air from paytm on 25th April 2019 , they delivered the product on 29th April ,the product was defective not started that is dead on arrival ,when I asked paytm for replacement they asked for job sheet from apple authorised service centre ,that I provide them on 30th April ,till then they are just telling me we are working on your case please be patient …well I have spend my whole savings for MacBook that is 74576₹ ,and now this thing is harassing me mentally also there is my exam on 2 June for UPSC cse ,just because of this case I am unable to concentrate on my studies
