Hi my name is Richa.I ordered Chewers freshly baked veg dog biscuits(pack of 12) for my pet.I received the parcel on 13 Feb after opening the box i found only 2 packets inside the box.I quickly contacted Amazon customer care team and told them about my issue.They assured me that they have registered my complaint,i was told to wait till 18 Feb for resolution. I contacted them on 16 Feb seeking update regarding my complaint and was shocked to know that they have cancelled my replacement and refund request because according to their probe the whole 12 packets were sent.But i have only received 2 packets what should I do i requested Amazon customer care team to reinvestigate my issue because I was given only two packets.The Amazon customer care team didn’t listen to me and hung up my phone.I was trying to tell them that I have not received my product and i have paid for that order with my hard earned money but they were least concern about my loss.But i know i will not suffer because of someone else’s carelessness.Its a humble request if you can help me in this issue you can either get me my replacement or my money refunded.Please help me in this case.I am attaching the images of invoice of product i ordered having order number.
