Text of Complaint by Lakshmi Narasimman:

I am Lakshmi Narasimman KS do hold a airtel broadband connection from airtel bearing account no. 7038889177. I have given mail for cancellation of the same account on 5th Dec 2022 to mail address 121@in.airtel.com. But bill generated for the whole month of Dec 2022. Again i have given mail to grievance mail address appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com & content.grievance@airtel.com on 26th Dec 2022. But repeatedly again sent bill for the month of Jan 2023 with out usage and for already closing intimation given to them.
Hence, I presume that is an error from airtel side, I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by cancel the billed amount with immediate effect.
