There have been multiple instances of auto activation of HOW TO VIDEO service and deduction of balance on my number.
I never want or wanted this service.
On contacting customer service I was told the money cannot be returned.
Kindly permanently remove this service.
I wanted to inform this problem to Nodal officer. But she never picks up the phone.
