Text of Complaint by BAPIRAJU MVKSSN:

i am maintaining 3 vodaphone nos. I have shifted from Telangana (AP/Telangana Circle) to Noida (Delhi/Noida) circle during October 2021 and asked for port of the mobile nos. Out of 3 nos., one No. did not work since October, 2021 (since my shifting to Noida) and post several follow ups the no is no is active now.

Present issue: I have made payment of Rs. 502 on 09.12.2021 through Vi app and now I have been getting reminders by messages, phones that I have not paid my bill. Now I came to know that because of inactivity of the said no during ‘Port’, the payment would not have reflected. Said amount has neither refunded to my account nor adjusted into the account. I have been receiving daily message and phone calls that there is a outstanding due and they are not aware of payment made by me on 9th December, 2021, since it is not reflecting in the system. For system issue during port, user is being made responsible for the payment which has been made by him. You may now disconnect the no also for non payment. I am really tired of making calls to team and explaining this. No one wants to sort the issue and every one asks same repeated questions and they say they will check and finally confirm that payment is not made and I would have got the refund. I have made complaint by mail to customer service desk also. I received call from Delhi/Noida circle that there is no payment due on my no. I am really confused.
