This is regarding repeated harassment by vodafone customer care and there vi store.
When I asked to switch my postpaid number to prepaid they told me to visit the Pune center. They said i need to travel from nagpur all the way to Pune.
When I escalated the issue they asked me to visit the VI store in nagpur.
When I visited the VI store in nagpur, they did not accepted the driving licence and my Cars RC book as an identity proof.
I had to come back to my home and get the original adhar card for these MORONS.
When I finally completed the process these MORONS are telling me to visit the VI store as my application is deleted.
When I asked them how and why this application is deleted they dont have any answers.
Now after escalating to so many of there authorities they are asking me to visit the VI store again without telling me the reasons.
I want to sue them for the mental harassment they have caused me.
I need your sincere help before taking these MORONS to court.
