I had placed a bunch of orders on Flipkart that I’ll mention below with details.
OD428297801534035100, this was ordered on next day itself but it was rescheduled to 11 so I cancelled it.
Order ID – OD428279433549403100, this one was supposed to be delivered at 8th June and still no update on this even after it’s at nearest hub since 8th June 2023.
Order ID – OD428274121431059100, this was supposed to be delivered at 9th June after I ordered at 4th June 2023, it just appears as arriving today on the promised delivery date but they never deliver it. After the false update of 9th, it was supposed to be delivered by 12th June 2023 which never happened again. When you complain regularly, they always ask 3 days with same answer that they’re sorry and need 3 days for resolution which we never get. I even had a talk with a supervisor too, she failed to address the same. I ordered this for travel on 14th and I had been repeatedly updating them I’ll not be available after 13, no priority for customer or concern has been clearly seen.
Order ID – OD428312144592111100, this was supposed to be delivered by 11th but after contacting CS, it was rescheduled and now cancelled and now, a replacement has been ordered.
I need some sort of solid action against them for this sort of false promises and putting customers through this agony.
