I’ve been repeatedly charged deduction in the name of HANDSET INBUILT GAMES (rs.25) and GAMES WORLD (rs.20) without my notice around four times and keeps repeating even after innumerable calls and asking for refunds. The customer care never picks up, returns call only after complaints are filed. This is the latest screenshot from the Vi app on my phone with the time and date. This has been happening with on father’s idea connection as well. Everytime we go to their office physically they refund and inform us all value added services have been blacklisted and this keeps repeating all overr. I had informed them I haven’t ever accessed such a service neither allowed them to make deductions. People unaware of these are constantly being cheated and this needs to addressed. As I am working it’s not physically possible to repeatedly visit the VI office amidst a pandemic.
